stats dont appear on ipoker

hi, im having trouble getting the stats to appear on the player. i get the stats on the screen but when i click on the player the stats don't appear.
any help?

Are you using Microsoft Vista? If you are, try disabling 'User Account Control' then reinstalling PokerAce Hud over-top of your existing installation. See if that resolves the issue...
