In PokerTracker 3 or PokerTracker 2? You need to import some hands into your database first...

(Please post PT3 issues in the PT3 section.)

You only need to import one hand for yourself, then click Refresh, to see your screen name in the Player List and configure it.
Please read the site specific Configuration Guides in the Documentation - if that and the PT3 Importing FAQ doesn't help you can report your problem so that we can check your config.
