Problem showing tourney player stats

Hello.

I have stats on several players that are regulars on a tournament that I also play regularly. I have the HUD configured to show stats of players with 10 hands -Hands used for averages = 10- , but whenever there is a regular player in my table his stats take many hands to appear, even when they have more than 90 hands. Also the tournament table averages -even with zero info- take too long to load, contrary to what happens in cash tables that load fast.

What is happening, what can I do to fix this?

Are you using the Cache? If not, please enable the cache via the Options section (click on Databases on the left, then check "Use Cache") and that will likely speed things up for you significantly.

I wasn't using cache, I just enabled it, thank you very much.
