Well, I guess it's nice to see we finally got someone's attention. Unfortunately, closing the previous discussion thread about this issue and then making the posting below (already locked) does little to address the real issue here.
Derek, I'm not sure how involved in this you've been, but if you had read through my and other posts on the 16 page thread that you locked, you would realize that your "workaround" below does absolutely nothing to help probably 95% or more of your users. Let me ask you this... do you you really think that more than a handful of your PAH customers only play 1-2 tables at a time? Seriously now, you have to realize that the VAST majority of us are playing slightly to significantly more than this at once, and therefore the "fix" you describe below is completely worthless. Have you ever tried playing 9 concurrent tables where you are in a different seat at every one? I'll tell you right now, for all but maybe genious-level savant-like players, it is simply impossible to pull off.
So if I interpret your post correctly, this is why you haven't made the fix a priority? Because you haven't taken the time to understand that the vast majority of your users cannot use your porduct in it's current state? Again, any effort at all on your part would have revealed otherwise, which just further exacerbates this issue.
At this point, all of this is probably mute for most of your customers. I know many had already gone to your competitor weeks ago, but sadly, I was still hopeful that you would be able to take care of us. Finally last night I broke down and got the trial version of your competitor's software. I've got to tell you, I was very surprised at how easy it was to set up and import my entire 300,000 HH from Full Tilt. In just using it 1 night, I'm already convinced the program itself is far superiour to yours, and since we all know that their service cannot even come close to being as bad as yours, I'm completely sold on jumping over to them now.
Yes, I would have been an eventual purchaser of PT3 if and when you ever decide to make Omaha inclusion in it a priority, but obviously you've lost me for good at this point. I know the loss of my $75 (or whatever it is) means nothing to you, but imagine how many people are in the same boat and imagine what that loss of revenue is going to do to your company. Again, I know you probably don't have anything to do with this directly, but I urge you to share this with your management in the hopes that you can at least attempt to improve your business plan/support in the future.
This was a very, very ugly situation and it was handled in about the poorest manner I've ever seen for a purchased product. Finally, I would like to know how I can go about applying for a full refund for PAH. I've lost several hundred $$ due directly to the fact I couldn't use your porduct for the last 5 weeks, but I am willing to simply get the $25 back and call it even at this point.

"Guys and gals,
We will be releasing a PAH patch but it may not be until next week. We do not feel that an immediate patch is necessary since PAH is still operational if you follow the steps below:
Make sure that you are using the latest version of PAH which is v1.19 Beta 10.2 - Download
Make sure that you are using the hand history files and not the memory scanner. In PAH go Options -> Preferences -> Poker Sites -> Full Tilt. Choose "Use the Hand History Files" and make sure that your Full Tilt Poker/HandHistory directory is listed. If not, click add and browse to and select it.
Disable "Auto Center" in both PAH and Full Tilt. In PAH go Options -> Preferences -> Poker Sites -> Full Tilt. Uncheck "Auto Center". Now do the same on Full Tilt
PAH should now be functional until we release a patch next week at which point you should upgrade and you can re-enable the above features if you choose.
Best regards,
Derek"
