Full Tilt Stats and Mucked Cards at Wrong Seats

Hi,

I read some threads on this topic but already had "auto-center" enabled under the FTP site settings.

I'm using PAHUD version 1.19.10.2 beta (along with PTO 1.13.04m) and just played a short session and realized that the stats and mucked cards were showing up in one seat right to where they are supposed to. As I've always had, seat 6 in my layout config is defined as the top seat on an FTP 6max table and seat 1 is the next seat clockwise (to the right).

In an attempt to try and fix the problem, which I guess is due to either the recent FTP update or this latest version of PAHUD, I opened the layout manager and moved all my stats one seat to the left. This did not fix the problem either but now displayed all the stats one seat to my left. Very annoying since moving and setting up all the stats nicely formatted is fairly time consuming.

Can you please clarify which is supposed to be seat 1 and if it is always defined as seat 1 in the FTP software on 6max tables. Also, should I be using "auto-center" enabled or not? Anything else I need to know? I really don't want to be messing around with these settings on a regular basis.

I'm not certain what is causing this for you; please move your stats back over the seat you would like them to be in the Layout Manager, then enable logging and play for 30 hands on a single table. Attach the PAHud.log file to a support ticket and we will look into what could be causing this for you.

Thanks for the response. When you say, "please move your stats back over the seat you would like them...", can you please confirm that on 6-max tables at Full Tilt that "Seat #1" is the seat clockwise from the seat located at the top of screen, which is "Seat #6". Is this how my stats should be placed? When I go into Layout Manager I need to properly place PFR1, PFR2, PFRME, etc... so I definitely need to know where Seat #1 is, etc...

(Of course when you sit at a Full Tilt table it shows you at the bottom regardless of what actual seat # you have.)

I will switch the stats back to how I described above and see what happens and submit the log file it if the problems persists.

That is how it works, yes. If that doesn't resolve things for you, please do submit that bug report and we'll take it from there.

I moved stats back to how they should be (and were working previously) but still seeing the problem, so I enable logging and just submitted the file in a support case as you suggested.
