my stats not updating

I've been using Poker HUD with pokertracker 2 on Ladbrokes for a number of years now with no problems, but recently my stats on the HUD have stopped updating. They all appear as N/A or 0. Poker tracker is still tracking my hands, its just not getting through to the HUD. I've not changed anything in my set-up that I know of, but the ladbrokes software has updated itself recently.

What version of PAHUD are you running? If you aren't using Beta 1.19.10.1, please try upgrading to that version to see if it helps. Also, are your hands importing properly into PTv2?

Also check that PAH is configured to use the correct databases. Options > Preferences > Databases > Holdem.

Make sure that Ladbrokes is installed in English.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
