pah/pt2 stars popup stats not working

i recently upgraded to v1.19.10.1 beta. normal stats show up for stars MTTs, but can't get popup to work. i'm using regular theme (not black), 9 max and have tried clicking on name, stats and holding in left mouse button for 2-3 seconds or more on both. had no problems w/prior version of PAH and think my settings are identical.

i have "use layout formatting" checked under popup configure; based on help i think my filters/refresh rates are OK. i'm using hand history file (not memory scanner) and have flicker free unchecked.

Do you have the Options > Preferences > General > Enable Popup Stats option enabled?
It's possible that you're not clicking in the correct place to activate the popups - is your table layout the same as that shown in the Layout Manager?

thanks; it is enabled, w/"closes after 10 seconds" as the option. on the 2nd part- layout is 9 max, as are the tables i'm playing. and the stats on my stars table show up as configured in the layout manager if that's what you mean.

hey- never got any response on this...and pop-ups still not working on stars. i've tried clicking around, holding the right mouse, etc. based on other posts i've seen, but nothing. any help on this is much appreciated.

I'm not sure how we missed you - regardless, please try upgrading to Beta 1.19.10.3, and see if that helps. If it doesn't, are you running XP, Vista or Windows 7?

thanks for the reply- i'm using 1.19.10.3 & vista. was working before, but penultimate stars update seems to have caused problems. regular/table stats showing. i'm using for 9-max MTTs and SNGs mostly.

Do you have UAC disabled? If not, try disabling it and see if that helps - in PAHUD to get the popup you want to click on the player's name at the table.

ok- i'll try that later today; i'm a little wary of disabling UAC. i tried run as administrator and that stopped it from working entirely...weird. but after deselecting i'm back to where i was: stats, no pop-ups. i'll let you know, thanks.
