Stats not displaying

I am having problems with PokerAce Hud not displaying stats on some of the players at the table. If there are five players at a table one or two players' stats wont show. I know I have numbers on these players, so that is not the problem. This does not happen all the time but it seems to be getting worse. It will sometimes work with all the players if I restart PokerAce Hud but not always.


I also sometimes have problems with one table not showing any stats. This happens when I am playing 6 tables or more. I know I have numbers on the players, but stats will only show on 5 of 6 tables. Sometimes they will never come in and sometimes they might come in after 15 min. Its almost like the program is running really slow and can't keep up. The program seems to be running slower an slower.

First, download and install the latest beta version.

Enable logging, open your poker client, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/v7d]Support system[/urlv7d] so that I can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

What database are you importing your hands into via PokerTracker? I assume that you are using your new PostgreSQL database? If so, deslect your old database and select your new PostgreSQL database in PokerAce Hud under Options->Preferences->Databases->Holdem

I also recommend disabling the filter 'Show Stats from the Last 1000 Hands Only' which is much harder on your database. Options->Preferences->Filters

I would then enable your database cache which will help with stat retrieval and stats should get displayed for everyone. Options->Preferences->Databases, check 'Use Database Cache'.

Please let me know how things turn out after doing the above.

I made all these changes and my stats are displaying fine on all the tables, but I am not getting stats on any of the new players nor are they updating on the existing players in my database. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Make sure that the database you are importing your hands into PokerTracker via the import window is selected in PokerAce Hud. (Maybe you are using the old Access database and not PostgreSQL?) I suggest changing the import database to Postgres. PT should list the database name at the top of the import window.
