PA Hud won't work with Vista

Okay, I've read all the threads on here involving Vista first before posting but I'm having real problems and have been trying to get PA Hud working with Vista for days now.

Initially I was running 1.18 and the stats worked but I could not click any buttons on Full Tilt.

So I've un-installed PA HUD -> run TweakUAC to switch UAC to off -> re-installed PA Hud -> added the .exe to the DEP in the settings -> Set everything up as Adminsistrator

I've downloaded both 1.18 & 1.19 versions using above method but the program won't open and I get a msg saying the program isnt working and Vista is looking for a solution.
