PLEASE PLEASE HELP GUYS...

I am going out of my mind here....

i have got pt2 and pa hud working on my new computer... All hands are being imported to pt2 and i see the tables on pa hud.. Yet i cannot see a stat near the players names? i can only see the table stats down the bottom right of the page... i need help i know its something really simple, but i cant work it out....

Do i need to do something here? why dont the stats appear? do i need to import anything from hud? im sooo lost..

please help guys you will be forever in my debt...

Click Options --> Layout Manager and choose your site from the drop down menu there; what do you see in terms of stats located around the table's image there?

Ive just thought i changed the location from where pokerstars sent my hh's to just a file on my desktop, the reason i done this is because i didnt know where to add this file from my hard drive and couldnt find it when i was browsing for it either on pa hud or pt2'??

could this have cost me the stats, surely its just the same is it not? someone asked me on 2 + 2 forum if im using multiple databases but i dont know what this means?

I see around a player..

TA6 HD6 v p and ta are all in white and other one is blue.... i can drag them and move them around... im lost mate..

Click Options --> Preferences, and click on PokerStars under the PokerSites area. Add your hand history file information there and see if that fixes things for you.

Ive done it mate... but i changed this from the usually pokerstars one cos i couldnt find where that was??

i just created a new folder on my desktop and the hh's go to there?? why isnt this working... arrghhhh..

I think the easiest thing is going to be for you to enable logging (Options --> Preferences, on the General section check "Enable Logging") and restart PAHUD. Play at one table while importing for at least 10 hands, then send us the PAHud.log file (it should be located in C:\Program Files\PAHud\) via the support system and we'll take a look at it (it contains all of your settings information) and we'll be able to figure out what's actually going on much faster that way.

right im gona do this now but i cant see a pahud.log file...? i am in the c: program files/pahud but can only see Data :: Docs :: odbc ++ dll :: PA Hud :: Uninstall

i have checked enable logging.... too... is it in one of them files mate?
