Layout manager won't save

This is PAH with PT2. When I go to layout manager-options-use absolute top view then I save it and it doesnt' save. Right now the stats aren't lining up in the right place. What do you normally do to set it up for AP where my preferred seat is the lower middle six handed?

Are you using Vista?
Are you running both PT3 and Pokerstars as Administrator? Right click the shortcut and select 'Run As Administrator'. This is different to being logged in as an Administrator.
