what is the exact definition of a donk bet?

I know the general definition of it is to bet out into the aggressor. But i'm making a custom stat and i need to know the exact definition of a donk bet in PT3 for the flags flg_t_donk and flg_r_donk. Especially in multiway pots, for instance consider a 3way pot on the turn, the preflop raiser is on the button and had c-bet the flop and got 2 calls, hero is second to act. Checks to him and he bets. Is that a donk bet for flg_t_donk? Does the donk bet only count when hero's first to act or just acting before the aggressor?

Another situation i'm interested in is when the preflop raiser doesn't c-bet and hero donk bets the turn. 2way pot, preflop raiser on the button, flop goes check check, hero bets the turn. flg_t_donk = true?

Also, how come there is no flg_f_donk for flop donk bets?

I'm pretty sure this example counts as a donk bet - it is when you bet out before the aggressor - but to get a definitive answer you'll need to hear from Josh or Derek, or find an example hand where this happens and see whether the flag is set.
