hello, in pt3 have "Raise F Check/Raise" and "Check Raise Flop" where player have raise OOP, pt3 have default (not custom) state where player have raise IP ?

PT3 doesn't have IP specific stats like that on the flop, but in PT4 you can set any stat (e.g. 2Bet Flop) to be In Position (or Out of Position) on any street.
