If you want to rule out hands where there was a 4-bet so that we can eliminate most of the error cases you can include "AND NOT holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_4bet_def_opp".

What error cases did you mean? I see only new error cases. For example: HJ raises, the player 3bets (in BU), blinds fold, HJ 4bets. And here we face 4bet. Does holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_4bet_def_opp mean that the player face 4bet? If yes, the described situation doesn't count as situation where the player 3bets vs HJ, but he does 3bet vs HJ.

Yeah, actually that won't help because most of the problems are with the opportunities, and if the button folded instead of raising then the 4bet_def_opp would never be true (so forget that).
