Import doesn't work and PT freezes

Import doesn't work and PT freezes

When I start auto-import it seemingly starts, but no stats are actually imported and it cannot be stopped again without PT3 freezing and becoming unresponsive. I've tried reinstalling both PT3 and postgres but to no avail. What could the problem be? Thanks.

Does it count up a lot of duplicates as it starts importing?

No, the only thing it appears to count is one hand history text file.

Please move that hand history file to your Processed folder and see if the import starts correctly then?
