PT 3.14- Problems with GTech

Hello,

i play THNL on Win2Day thus using GTech / former BossMedia.

i recently updated my PT Version to 3.14, but the results for the sessions are now incorrect most of the time:
E.g. yesterday i bought in on a table 10 EUR, busted, rebought 10 EUR and busted again.
Should correspond to a -20 Amount Won.

But PT lists as a result: -18!!

Is there a known bug?

I'm not aware of any known issues with GTech at this point in time - could you attach the smallest of the sessions that you have a known discrepancy for to a support ticket? Then we can look into what could be causing it.

colleagues report problems with same setup too.
especially reraises are sometimes not recognized by PT3.14 !?

This issue should be fixed in v3.14.1. Please update and let us know whether or not it fixes your problem?

Note: This will not update any hands which are already in your database. You will need to purge any affected sessions and re-import them.
