Graph doesn't fit w real results

Postby Ramonbt » Sat Jan 19, 2013 5:02 am

Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with PT3 on PS. The graph shows bigger winnings or losses than what the "general" window shows.

I've already reinstalled the software but it hasn't worked.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Are you playing cash or tournaments?
If you're playing tournaments, do you have PokerStars configured to save tournament summaries, and PT3 to import them? Without summaries there is no way to know your results in multi-table tournaments.

Check that you don't have a filter enabled - some filters can affect some reports and graphs but not others. Click the "Clear" button to remove them all.
If that doesn't help go to Database > Housekeeping and enable the ReIndex and Rebuild Cache options in addition to the defaults.

I've checked it all but it doesn't work. I closed the program but still not working. What else can it be?

Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem. Attach a screenshot as well so that we can see what the problem is.
