Will PT3 Run On Windows 98?

[tmiwhatever]

Hello,

I have an older laptop (good for email and playing poker) that my PT2 is installed on. I was wondering will PT3 run on windows 98?
I searched the General forum for windows 98 I got a lot of hits on windows but nothing about win 98. Also what are the minimum computer requirements going to be for PT3?

Thanks,

TMI

We are developing PT3 for Windows 2000+

It may or may not run properly on Windows 98; although, if it does run I would expect that your system resources are fairly limited and will run slowly (but I am sure its slow with PT2 too).

Best regards,

PT3 will not run on Windows 98/ME. It specifically checks and will not start if that's what it's on. There are too many features that will not work properly under Windows 98, and that version of Windows is so old, nobody should be using it anymore.
